Space simulation chambers, custom sputtering and ebeam systems, leak detection systems, hydrogen sintering furnaces and nuclear fuel rod drying systems were some of the many products that had been supplied into the Canadian market.

Intlvac manufactures a wide range of systems for Physical Vapor Deposition using a variety of techniques. Intlvac also manufactures Ion Beam Etch systems suitable for etching large areas.
